Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Ireland?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery across Dublin and many other parts of Ireland if you place your order before 2:00 PM local time.
Can I track my flower order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. For many orders, we also send a 'video proof' of your specific arrangement before it leaves our shop.
How long will my flowers stay fresh?
We source our blooms daily to ensure maximum freshness. With proper care, such as trimming the stems and changing the water every two days, your bouquet should stay vibrant for 5 to 7 days.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our drivers will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a secure, shaded area. We will always leave a calling card to notify the recipient.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Yes, you can add a custom message during the checkout process. This will be printed on a high-quality gift card and tucked securely into your floral arrangement.
